Department of Physics

The Department of Physics at GDC Memorial College is one of the prominent and dynamic academic departments committed to excellence in teaching and research. Established in 2011, the department has steadily grown in strength, infrastructure, and academic offerings, catering to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

The department offers Physics as a core subject in B.Sc. (Non-Medical and Computer Science) programmes. In 2014, the department expanded its academic horizon with the introduction of the M.Sc. Physics programme, providing advanced knowledge and research orientation in the field.
