The Department of Agriculture ( B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture) is one of the New Departments of GDC Memorial College. The Department of Agriculture in GDC Memorial College was established in the year 2023. The department was set up essentially to teach agriculture to the students. There are 60 intakes in B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture. The Teachers are not only the “Mentors”, but also the “Friends”, on whom students can depend in hour of need.

We have well-equipped all subject indoor and outdoor labs in the department for giving practical knowledge to the students. All this was accomplished by the department with the pioneering efforts of the the Principal of the college Dr. S. K. Sinha.
