The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), launched in 2015 by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, is a structured and evidence-based system for assessing higher education institutions across the country. Beyond ranking, NIRF serves as a strategic framework for institutional self-assessment and continuous improvement. About the College

GDC Memorial College, affiliated with Chaudhary Bansi Lal University (CBLU), Bhiwani, was established in 2011 under the aegis of the HKC Foundation.
